MPO08 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to mpo08. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and mpo08 ("Company", "Platform", "We") governing your use of the online casino and Sports Betting platform at mpo08.run and all associated subdomains.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mpo08 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the mpo08 platform immediately.

Mpo08 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions. Continued use of the mpo08 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the mpo08 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mpo08 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18 and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Must be a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into valid and binding contracts under Malaysian law.
• Not previously deregistered from mpo08 due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions.

Mpo08 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility criteria. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may only register and hold one active account on mpo08 at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full name as shown on a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your own name
• An active and accessible email address
• Valid payment method details registered in your own name

Mpo08 reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without compensation. Members are also responsible for keeping their personal information up to date should any changes occur.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Mpo08 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian digital payment methods, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (transfer via phone number or identification card number)
• FPX — Internet Banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay

The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit set at the platform level; however, limits may apply based on the daily cap of your chosen payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your mpo08 account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. mpo08 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third party will be held for investigation and may be returned to its source without any compensation to the member.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Mpo08 members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account identity verification has been fully completed with all requested documents submitted
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met
• No active investigations relating to the account in question
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be in the same member's name. mpo08 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing time is within 1–2 hours for regular withdrawals, and up to 24 hours for withdrawals requiring additional review.

Mpo08 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if unusual activity is detected on an account. In such cases, the mpo08 team will reach out to the member via their registered phone number or email address for additional information.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Mpo08 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, cashback, and special seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all mpo08 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise
• Mpo08 reserves the right to void bonuses without notice if there are signs of promotional abuse
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted into any other form

7 Game Rules

Mpo08 offers a wide range of games including online slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), table games (poker, baccarat), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, cricket), e-sports, and virtual sports. Specific rules apply to each game category.

General rules applicable to all games on mpo08:

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed once a round or match has concluded
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mpo08 will refer to system records to determine a fair outcome
• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided at mpo08's discretion
• For Sports Betting, outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours will be refunded to the member

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo08 platform and will result in immediate account closure and possible legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Any form of fraud, including providing false information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Money laundering or using the mpo08 platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other members to gain an unfair bonus advantage
• Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the mpo08 platform
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with any other party
• Any action intended to manipulate game outcomes

Mpo08 employs advanced fraud detection technology and continuously monitors all account activity. Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mpo08 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to verify your identity or account information when requested
• Activity that is suspicious or inconsistent with a member's normal usage profile
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves
• Orders or directives from relevant authorities

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the mpo08 support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the registered payment method once the verification process is complete, subject to any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

The mpo08 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mpo08 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. That said, mpo08 is committed to minimising disruptions and resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Mpo08 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from a member's own betting decisions
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mpo08's control, such as internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or third-party outages
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a member's failure to protect their own login credentials
• Any taxes or financial liabilities that may arise from winnings earned on the platform, which are entirely the member's responsibility to comply with under the relevant Malaysian tax laws

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Mpo08 takes member privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is protected to the highest security standards, including 256-bit SSL encryption. mpo08 will not sell or share member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Mpo08 may share member information with third parties in the following situations:

• Where required by law or court order
• To payment service providers for the purpose of processing transactions authorised by the member
• To technical service providers who assist in platform operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

Mpo08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the mpo08 website. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the mpo08 platform after any amendment is published constitutes implied acceptance of that amendment. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of the mpo08 platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
